This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by 1 Perfect Business, LLC (“Organization”) and the Affiliate Member (“Member”). By signing up as a 1 Perfect Business member and clicking the "agree to terms" checkbox during checkout, the member agrees to the following terms:  

1. Member Benefits  

As of part of the Strategist Pro membership with the Organization, the Member will receive the following benefits:

● Learn from entrepreneurial veterans along with their expertise;  

● Access to CRM solutions, marketing automation, sales funnels, website development  

● Involvement in community mentoring  

● Learn from our entrepreneur content as part of our academy  

● Enlist income stream services that bring regular and passive income

● Plus - much, much more    

2. Membership Dues  

Become a Strategist Pro with the Organization for just a $97 per month investment (there is a one time  setup fee of $47 added to the first month’s payment). Beginning the second month, a $97 Strategist pro fee will be processed each month. An inability to capture the monthly fee is addressed below in the Affiliate Membership Cancellation section.  

3. Restrictions  

The Member agrees that they will not:  

● Share their login information with non-members  

● Reproduce any of the information received as part of their membership and share it with non-members

● Disclose Organization confidential information to non-members without first obtaining a non-disclosure agreement

● Post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content to membership forums and discussions  

● The Member agrees not to establish competing or otherwise comparable business structures to the Organization during the Member’s active membership period or in the event of a cancellation, for a minimum period of 2 years from the cancellation date.        

4. Liability  

The Member will not hold the Organization liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership.  

The Member agrees that the Organization cannot guarantee any results from their membership. Any   negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the Member’s own   personal choices and actions. The Organization remains as a support structure for each Affiliate Member’s growth and success.  

5. Privacy  

The Organization will not share any contact or personal information about the Member with other members, non-members or any third parties.  

6. Affiliate Membership Cancellation  

The Organization has a right to terminate the Member’s membership if any of the terms and the  conditions of this Agreement are violated. The Member can terminate their membership at any point and for any reason and will not be charged for their next billing cycle.   If the Member chooses to Cancel their membership, they agree to the cancellation options outlined below:  

Cancellation - no ongoing payment or team affiliation

● All rights, accesses and commissions end with the cancellation.

● Affiliate commissions earned at previous $97 level, if due, are payable 1X

● Loss of all credits and equity towards any Franchise purchase or involvement.

● Loss of Tier 1 or Tier 2 mentor status and affiliates located under the individual are relocated to others
     

7. Dispute Resolution  

Any dispute that may arise, is to be addressed between the Member and the Organization. Principals of the Organization cannot be named separately and will not be held personally liable. Dispute resolution between the Member and the Organization will be handled first by Mediation then, if necessary, Arbitration and lastly by Litigation. All of these processes shall take place within Utah statutes and jurisdiction found in either Salt Lake county or Utah county.

By signing up as a member of 1 Perfect Business and clicking the "agree to terms" box during checkout, the Member confirms that they have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
